Date Selection and Caterers

After securing a date for a special event, it is required that your catering arrangements be confirmed with a representative of Falcon Valley no later than 14 days prior to your selected date. It is your responsibility to have the caterer of your choice contact Falcon Valley prior to the function date to review all details and special requests.  Falcon Valley reserves the right to not allow a requested caterer of your choice.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages of any kind brought onto the facility’s premises are strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Payments

A 25% deposit of the total rental fee is required to be paid upon signing an event contract. Any deposit made will be applied towards the final bill.  Final balance including any additional charges incurred must be paid on or before the day of the function.

Minimum Charge Requirements & Time Restrictions

Breakfast or Lunch Business Meetings, Rehearsal Dinners to Receptions and Holiday parties

Room charge is $250.00 for use up to four hours. Starting time is stipulated in the contract. Room availability begins at 8:00am and extends through midnight.  Prices are subject to change at any time.  Guaranteed pricing will be honored 30 days prior to the function.

Linen table cloths and linen napkins - 75 charge.  A variety of colors available.
Dance floor - $100 setup charge.

Bar Service & Pricing

Falcon Valley will supply a bartender for your event with a guaranteed minimum bar tab of $250.00. All functions needing a bar are required to use a Falcon Valley employee as the bartender.  All functions requiring a bar are subject to the appropriate Kansas State sales tax. Falcon Valley automatically adds on an 18% gratuity to the final bill.  Prices are subject to change at any time.  Guaranteed pricing will be honored 30 days prior to the function.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days or greater will receive deposit returned in full.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the function will forfeit the prepaid deposit.

Decorations

Decorations, flowers and centerpieces may be brought into the facility.  In order to prevent damage to the facility, items may not be attached with nails, staples, tape or any other substance.  Please review your decoration requirements with a representative of Falcon Valley prior to your special function.
